  • Designed a warehouse and material handling strategy that supported an LTL consolidation and regional distribution network for the Milwaukee Valve Company, and then custom designed, installed, and implemented a flow distribution database application to support and measure the program, delivering 41% reduction in company wide distribution costs.
  • Assessed the capabilities of legacy systems that are used to manage DOT Hours of Service; Driver Log Retention; Hours of Service'; Fuel Tax Reporting; and Fuel Management, for ATC Leasing Company, and mapped required capability upgrades.
